Where should I send my order?
Ordering’s easy! You can either fax your purchase order to 949-852-0263 or email it to your Kishigo account manager or to orders@kishigo.com. Have questions? Please call us at 800-338-9480 and our customer service team can assist you.
When will my order ship?
Once your purchase order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The confirmation includes the estimated ship date for non-stock or personalized products, while in stock items typically ship within 24 hours.
What shipping service do you use?
Orders will be shipped UPS, unless otherwise specified. Please note, a surcharge may be applied to your invoice if another carrier is required.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, no, as UPS only accepts shipments to valid street addresses.
Do you offer will call order pick up?
Yes, will call orders may be picked up from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM PST. Please take note of the following:
- Orders placed by 11:00 AM will be available for pick up the same day.
- Upon receipt of confirmation, please allow at least one hour for the order to be processed and ready for pick up.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be available by 8:30 AM the following business day.
How can I view the status of my order?
Upon request, we can provide tracking for your purchase order. Please contact your Kishigo Account Manager or call customer service at (800) 338-9480 for assistance.
Can I make changes to my order?
We strive to do our best to accommodate purchase order change requests. However, our system for stock orders is highly automated and in some cases, we may not be able recall the order.
How can I check your inventory?
Authorized distributors have access to our current inventory levels through the distributor portal. Please contact your Kishigo Account Manager or call customer service at (800) 338-9480 for assistance.
What is your return policy?
We do accept changes as long as the following guidelines are met:
- Claim for returns must be filed within 10 days of receipt of order.
- Items being returned must be in like-new condition and in original packaging.
- Returned merchandise must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact your Kishigo Account Manager for an assigned Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Custom-printed or custom-made items will not be accepted for return.
What if I receive a defective product?
Quality is one of the things we pride ourselves on. That’s why Kishigo warrants its products to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from invoice date. Defective merchandise will be repaired, replaced, or credited after we assess the product’s defectiveness. Any merchandise authorized for return must be done within 30 days from issue date of Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
I received an item that was damaged during transit. What do I do?

Can I get my logo or image printed on Kishigo apparel?
Yes, we have an in-house graphic design team and screen print facility that specializes in traditional screen-printing, reflective graphic transfers, and die cut numbers and letters (reflective and non-reflective).
Where can I find your sizing chart for each product?
You can view individual product size charts on the ‘Product Details Page’ of each product by clicking on the ‘View Size Chart’ button located to the right of the product images.
Do you customize safety products?
Yes, we manufacturer custom products both domestically and imported. If you are looking for a custom product, please contact your local sales rep and to discuss your needs. Our design team will work to develop a product that meets your requirements.

How do I get Kishigo banners, posters or racks to display Kishigo apparel?
We offer a Merchandising program for our Distribution Partners. Please visit the Distributor Portal and download the Merchandising Brochure.
As a distributor, how do I login to the Distributor Portal?
Authorized distributors will be sent a password from Kishigo to log into the Distributor portal. If you lose your password, please contact customer service at: 800-338-9480 for assistance.
As a distributor, where can I get sell sheets and collateral?
You can find our catalogs and sell sheets on our website. Simply click on the Distributor Portal icon in the upper right hand corner of the website, type in your password. We have brochures, sell sheets, product images available for download.
How do I get product images?
To download individual product images, go to the product details page. You will see a “download photos of this product” click on the individual link to download the image you are looking for.
Product and Life Style Images:
Authorized Distributors, please go to our Distributor Portal and login. To download product and life style images, click on the Product Images icon, located on navigation bar. Click on the box, all of our product images by product category will be listed. Click on the item you are looking for.
WEB IMAGES: These are product images that have been compressed and are best suited for viewing on the web. The smaller size of these files means the product images can load quickly when being viewed on web pages or when displayed on a distributor website or an email banner ad. Because these files are smaller, they will also download very quickly from kishigo.wpengine.com.
PRINT IMAGES: These are product images that have not been compressed and are generally 30-40% greater in file size when compared to web images. These image files are optimized for print projects like magazine or catalog ads or a physical banner for an event. Because of their size, downloads speeds will vary depending on your network strength, typically 20+ images will take at least 10-15 minutes to download.
How can I buy Kishigo products for resale?

Where does the name Kishigo come from?
Kishigo was founded over 50 years ago by Loren H. Wall in a tiny sewing facility in Westminster, California. He named the company after his (1st) wife, Mary Lou Kishigo.
